My work is focused on identifying, structuring, and connecting high-potential real estate opportunities with the right investors. This includes residential buildings, development projects, hospitality assets, and properties with repositioning potential.

Rather than focusing on volume, I focus on select opportunities where value can be created through vision, strategy, and execution. Each project begins not just with the asset itself, but with a clear understanding of what it can become.

My work is built around three core elements.

The first is sourcing. I identify opportunities that are often off-market, mispriced, or underutilized. These are assets that require a deeper level of attention to understand their true potential.

The second is structuring. An opportunity only becomes meaningful when it is clearly defined. I analyze each project from both a strategic and financial perspective, outlining acquisition, development or repositioning strategies, and potential outcomes.

The third is connection. Each opportunity is aligned with investors or partners who are suited to the project. This is supported by a trusted network of architects, engineers, builders, and legal and financial advisors, allowing projects to move forward with clarity and confidence.


This is not a traditional real estate model.

The focus is not on listings, but on opportunities. Not on transactions, but on value creation. Each project is approached with a long-term perspective, combining market awareness with a strong emphasis on positioning and potential.

The goal is to work with a small number of carefully selected opportunities and to develop them in a way that is both financially sound and strategically meaningful.
